{hooray for honey butter}

i love baby food jars.
especially the little ones.
and i never know what to do with them other than recycle them.
but now i use them as jars for honey butter!
so delicious and so easy.
and you can make cute labels and give them with fresh rolls as cute gifts...just for fun!
try it out...it takes like 3 minutes to make and tastes amazing on homemade rolls or muffins.

here's what you need.

1 c. honey
1 c. butter softened
1 tsp. vanilla

here's what you do.

combine honey, softened butter, and vanilla. beat with electric mixer on high speed for about 3 minutes or until thickened. put into jars. and badda bing badda boom...your done.
keeps in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
enjoy!

you could even switch it up a bit and be creative!
let me know if you have any fun butter recipes.
